OVERVIEW OF THE TEAMBUILDING PROCESS

            When I went to the school I specially remember working alone at my desk. Sometimes, the teacher decided to put us together in order to work in teams. The aim was work together... As I see, it didn't mean only to be sitting next to the partners.

            Teambuilding is a word enclosing more meaning than we could imagine. The time we are doing teambuilding is not wasted time. The most important values we have to increase as english teachers are solidarity with partners, mutual support and tolerate diversity.

            Definetly, the real sense of teambuilding is a cooperative sense. We have to be aware  that increasing competition is good, but not enough because we are in a world where we have to live with people. We are not alone, so it's deeply interesting teaching students that it's possible to coexist with diversity.
